  1. What is Treatko?

    Treatko is mainly a food ordering website offering services to the Philippines. Orders can be placed on the site from anywhere to be delivered to happy recipients somewhere in the Philippines. Passes for spas, salons and other beauty services are also offered.

  2. How does it work?

    On the search bar located at the top of each page, enter the food item or the service you want to buy, and the name of the city, province or municipality you want to order from – then we will show you vendors near the selected area. From there select the vendor you wish to order from and place your order. The vendor will deliver the goodies or inform your party to come in for a pickup

  3. How much is the fee for using Treatko’s website?

    Good news. We deliver happiness to your friends for free to you. Treatko’s online orders are absolutely free, we do not include any hidden charges or sales taxes on your order. We make our money by charging the vendors a small fee for each order.

  4. What if I want to cancel of change an order?

    So long as your order has been placed within 5 to 10 minutes, we can help, contact us via the contact form and we will try to have it cancelled. Our vendors are very co-operative but please bear in mind if a vendor had already began preparing your order we may not be able to revert it.

  5. How will the recipient get their order?

    After an order is placed, recipient are notified immediately via email, but also the vendor will also contact your recipient for pickup or delivery arrangements

  6. What if the recipient is unavailable when the order is placed?

    It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact the vendor as soon as they receive the order information to arrange for a better delivery time

  7. Is ordering on our website secure?

    Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol

  8. How can I access my account and edit the information in my account?

    Go to www.treatko.com/BUYER and login with your email and password, once logged in proceed to the profile section to edit your account information

  9. Is there an easy way to view my past orders and re-order something again?

    You bet it. After you login to your buyer dashboard www.treatko.com/BUYER you will view your last 5 orders at the bottom right, you can click on any of those listings to begin re-ordering them otherwise go to the orders page to view all your past orders, open an order and click on the name of the product to begin re-ordering it

  10. Can I send a direct message to the vendor ?

    Yes. Under the messages section of your account – you can send further instructions or any other messages to the vendor
